Hints : Let the numbers be x and y
x + y = 28/25 × x
y = 28x /25 - x
y = 28x - 25x /25
y = 3x /25
So the second number is 3x /25
Now, percentage = 3x/25/x × 100 = 3x/25 × 1/x × 100% = 12%
